Michelle's experience includes 10 years of freelancing in the I.T. field, specifically in Web and Systems Development, software, hardware and Multimedia Arts. This background has enabled her to provide both onsite and offsite support for CCTVs, Networking, VOIPs and the like. She also previously worked as a CSR for various BPO companies which honed her skills in communicating and engaging with customers. She also dabbles in photography and videography.

Michelle graduated with a degree in Information Technology from the College of Sciences, Technology & Communications.
